We are looking for a builder — someone who can help take ideas and turn them into scalable programs, systems, experiences, partnerships, and community initiatives.
This role will help support and grow TKC’s programming, community engagement, volunteer experiences, partnerships, and future initiatives as the organization continues to expand nationally. The ideal candidate is highly organized, strategic, creative, emotionally intelligent, and excited to help build the future of TKC.

Operations & Creative Support Intern
This role will support the day-to-day operations of our organization while contributing to brand, marketing and partnership efforts. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone interested in nonprofit operations, marketing, and community impact.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and creative. If you are a strong communicator, dependable, and ready to support an impactful mission, we’d love to hear from you. This is a paid, part-time contract position. Experience with social media and AI tools are a must!
