Walks of Kindness
Welcome to the NCL Mother-Daughter
Walks of Kindness Program!
TKC’s Walks of Kindness Program is a self-guided, service opportunity that empowers NCL members to spread kindness and emotional wellness in their own communities. Using TKC’s ready-to-go materials, participants can set up a walk in a park, school, neighborhood, featuring conversation starters and activities that inspire reflection, empathy, and connection.
Perfect for mother-daughter pairs, this flexible project can be completed at your convenience and adapted to your local community.
How to Participate
Register & Choose Date
Register and select a date that works best for you. Whether you're planning a solo walk, a small group event, or a full community activation, the program is fully flexible to fit your schedule and setting.
Take Pre-Walk Survey
Before your walk, take a quick 1-minute survey to reflect on your current emotional state. This helps us track the emotional impact of kindness and gather valuable insights to continue improving our programs.
Complete Your Walk & Survey
Set up your walk using TKC’s step-by-step guide and provided materials. Take your time and enjoy the experience—this is a moment to slow down and share kindness with those around you. After your walk, complete the short post-walk survey.
